Network Optimal Transport
In this project I aim at understanding the remodeling process(adapting to the changing conditions) of vascular networks. We use the methods of optimal transport to capture this phenomna.

This project is the main topic of my master’s degree in mathematics. In this study, I am aiming at understanding the mechanism and the coarse grained properties of the vascular networks by modeling them by networks formed by branching-anhillating random walkers.
This project was the topic of my master’s thesis for biomedical engineering degree. I used the tools from systems biology and dynamical systems to find optimized treatment plan for radiopharmaceutical therapy.
This was the project I did while being a summer student at CERN in the summer of 2019. My project was simulating and optimizing a critical component used to compress the antimatter beam. The result of this simulation has been used in the Alpha-G project.
I was helping the OCT team at Sharif University of Technology for optical design and optimization for OCT (optical coherence tomography) setup. I also did an embedded design for the data acquisition system (see the post for more images)
I developed a ligh-weight logic circuit simulator.
I developed a mini-software to summarize all I have learnt from a neuroscience course in my BSc as well as practice my programming skills.
I developed a ligh-weight software to be able to transfer files safely in a local area network (LAN).
